FAQs

I have made a booking, what do I need to do prior to my treatment?

Prior to your treatment you must:

  • Ensure that your brows are free from oils and grease. The best way to ensure this is to wash your hair the night before your treatment.
This also helps with your aftercare routine, where you will need to avoid getting the area wet for 7 days post-treatment.

  • Avoid pain killer and blood thinner medication within 72 hours of treatment.

  • Avoid working out on the day of your treatment. We need you cool, calm and collected without elevated blood-pressure.

  • Avoid alcohol and caffeine within 24 hours of treatment.

  • Avoid using retinol or AHA skincare products within 24 hours of treatment.

  • Avoid eyebrow tinting, henna or lamination within 2 weeks of treatment.

  • Avoid injectable treatments (botox) within 2 weeks of treatment.

  • Avoid krill or fish oil within 72 hours of treatment.

  • Avoid getting sunburnt within 2 weeks of treatment.

Some other housekeeping

  • Please do not bring children or pets to the treatment.

  • Ensure you have preordered your numbing anaesthetics.

  • Please arrive on time, we do not want to rush the treatment or cause delays to our schedule.
